Rejoice, for I have completed my sojourn to the West Coast. I stand now before you newly bronzed and lightly bruised by less familiar fists, as is the hazard of training away from one's generous donor of a healing factor. I may even be in time for the fall term. . . . Probably.

Ah, yes. I do recall at some point rooming situations were to be shuffled and being decidedly undecided on the point. Perhaps it is time to avail myself of a long-coveted single rather than call for the reorganization of established arrangements.

No worries about my worldly possessions. I am a generous individual. Ergo, I ask only they be replaced by Christmas.

In no particular order:
- I had my arm ripped off and was nearly beaten to death by a psychotic Hungarian.
- The Blackbird crashed (notably prior to the previous incident)
- Jennie actually came back from Europe
- India almost blew up.
- At some point Crystal and I decided to move in together which has apparently caused a tectonic residential shift.
- Julio turned into a werewolf.
- And in a bit, I'm about to break several laws of physics to boot Angel's husband into another dimension.

It's been a fun summer. Really.

I confess, from all that international news has to report this did not appear to be a good summer for, er, the planet. Excepting perhaps Attilan, that is, which I gather is looking forward to certain blessed events.

Although in truth, after disappearing into the aether for a month or so I would count virtually everything that follows a blessing provided it were to transpire in the same plane of existence.

1) Julio was a giant cat;
2) Forge and Crystal are living together;
3) You are married, in a situation I am beginning to understand is in the same vein as Mr. Dayspring playing host to the ghosts of various peoples who had yet to be born.
